What is being on cloud nine for you?

“To me, being in the skies has a literal meaning. I have always been fascinated by airplanes. When I was 12, I went all the way to the distant Viracopos airport to watch the 747 land for the first time in Brazil. I also recall having gone to that same airport when Grandma Clara traveled to Europe. The aircraft was an elegant VC-10 with 4 rear-engines. I don’t know exactly how but I ended up visiting the empty interior of the plane, while being prepared for take-off. I never forgot this experience! The small staircase that went up and down in the middle of the tail seemed to be so high! I love airplanes and I love to draw them. Particularly when I’m up in the skies.”
